Hog plum Nectar


The hog plum is a small, bright yellow fruit with a smooth, thin skin. Its highly aromatic pulp and exceptional flavor make the hog plum the most consumed fruit in Northern and Northeastern Brazil. Besides being very tasty and rich in calcium, phosphorus, and iron, the caja (hog plum) is highly refreshing when used in the preparation of juices, ice creams, and liqueurs.
