Guava Nectar


This fruit is used in various derived products, such as guava paste, sweets, jams, juices, ice cream, and savory and sweet-and-sour sauces. Known for its high vitamin C content, with red guava having levels of this vitamin 4 to 5 times higher than oranges, it also contains reasonable amounts of vitamins A and B complex, as well as minerals such as calcium, phosphorus, and iron.
