Cocoa Pulp


They have seeds which are surrounded by a large volume of firm pulp. Their color varies from white to ivory. They have a sweet and slightly acidic taste. They contain vitamin C, vitamin B1, zinc, magnesium, and carbohydrates.

Preparation method:

1. 1. With a knife, cut the frozen pulp package into 4 parts. 2. Add 2.04 liters of water for every 1.02 kg of fruit pulp. 3. Blend in a blender or mixer. 4. The fruits already contain natural sugars, but sweeten to taste if you prefer!
