Pineapple Pulp


The characteristic taste and aroma of this fruit are attributed to the presence and contents of various constituents, pointing out among them the sugars and the acids responsible for the flavor, in addition to volatile compounds associated with aroma. Carotenoids are responsible for the color of the pulp that varies from white to yellow.

Preparation method:

1. With a knife, cut the frozen pulp package into 4 parts.
2. Add 200ml of water for every 100g of fruit pulp.
3. Blend in a blender or mixer.
