Barbados Cherry Pulp


Besides being an excellent source of vitamin C it has vitamin B3 and fiber. When the fruit is ripe the colour changes from orange tones to dark red.It has an acid flavor and a characteristic aroma.

Preparation method:

1. With a knife, cut the frozen pulp package into 4 parts.
2. Add 200ml of water for every 100g of fruit pulp.
3. Blend in a blender or mixer.
4. The fruits already contain natural sugars, but if you prefer, sweeten to taste!
