Cocoa Pulp


The cocoa has seeds surrounded by a large volume of consistent pulp. Coloring ranging from white to ivory. It has a sweet and slightly acidic flavor. Contains vitamin C, vitamin B1, zinc, magnesium and carbohydrates.

Preparation method:

1. With a knife, cut the frozen pulp package into 4 parts.
2. Add 200ml of water for every 100g of fruit pulp.
3. Blend in a blender or mixer.
4. The fruits already contain natural sugars, but if you prefer, sweeten to taste!
